Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Little List Collective (“Collective”). By submitting membership payment, the Member agrees to the following terms.
1. Membership Term
Membership is offered on a twelve (12) month basis.
For Founding Members only, three (3) additional months will precede the commencement of the formal 12-month term. This Founding period is a one-time structure and does not apply to renewal terms.
Membership is non-transferable.
2. Membership Investment
The 2026 annual membership investment is $150 CAD.
Payment is accepted via Wix Payments, PayPal, or electronic funds transfer (EFT), as made available.
Membership investment is non-refundable.
In the event that Little List permanently discontinues operations during an active 12-month membership term, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining months of that confirmed term.
There is no rate lock. Membership investment may be adjusted for future renewal terms.
3. Standards & Ongoing Alignment
Members agree to uphold the Collective Standards outlined in the Membership Invitation Package.
If concerns arise regarding alignment or standards, Little List may, at its discretion:
-
Provide guidance or support
-
Offer an opportunity to remedy the issue within a specified timeframe (typically 7–14 days)
-
Require corrective action
If issues are not resolved within the provided timeframe, or in cases of serious misconduct, Little List reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to breach of standards.
Little List also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue membership if continued participation is determined to conflict with the integrity, positioning, or long-term credibility of the Collective.
Public conduct, including online and social media activity, may be considered when assessing ongoing alignment.
4. Membership Selection & Capacity
Little List operates as a curated collective with intentionally limited capacity.
Membership invitations are extended at the sole discretion of Little List and are based on internal evaluation criteria, alignment considerations, and overall Collective balance.
Little List makes no guarantees regarding category exclusivity, geographic exclusivity, or acceptance of any particular shop.
No shop has an automatic right to admission, renewal, or continued inclusion.
The Collective’s composition, structure, and capacity may evolve over time at the sole discretion of Little List.
5. Branding & Intellectual Property
Members agree to allow Little List to use their business name, logo, and approved brand assets for purposes including:
-
Website display

All Little List intellectual property, including branding, design systems, communications, strategic materials, and proprietary content, remains the sole property of Little List and may not be reproduced, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

Little List reserves the right to update, correct, temporarily deactivate, or remove profile information if inaccuracies are identified or if updated information is not provided.
If a Member appears to have ceased operations and reasonable attempts at communication are unsuccessful, Little List reserves the right to remove the shop from the platform to protect the integrity of the Collective.
7. Placement, Visibility & Platform Evolution
Membership does not guarantee:
-
Geographic exclusivity
-
Category exclusivity
-
Permanent or priority placement
Little List operates a structured rotational visibility model and retains full discretion over presentation, feature timing, and promotional cadence.
Membership is a visibility and positioning service and does not guarantee business performance or sales outcomes.
Little List reserves the right to evolve the platform structure, design, feature offerings, categories, and presentation format as part of the Collective’s ongoing development.
8. Business Closure, Ownership Transfer & Rebrand
If a Member permanently closes, suspends operations, or ceases active trading during an active membership term, membership will be immediately discontinued and the shop will be removed from the Little List platform effective the date of closure.
Membership investment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Membership may not be transferred to another business entity or owner.
In the event of a change in ownership, the existing membership will be terminated. The new owner may apply for consideration after six (6) months of active operation under new ownership. Approval is not guaranteed, and the full annual membership investment will apply.
A rebrand or business name change under the same ownership is permitted, provided the business maintains operational continuity and alignment with Collective standards. Updated branding must be submitted to Little List for review prior to public update within the Collective platform.
9. Renewal
Membership renewal is by invitation only.
